✯ Product Return/Exchange Policies:

- No cash refunds are permitted on purchased products.

- Shimmer does not have a policy for BUYING BACK gold or silver products.

- You can only exchange purchased products for one time within 3 days (from the purchased date on your bill) with your bill included, for available products of the same or higher value (customers may need to pay if there is any price difference). In case of exchanging for products of lower price, no refund would be made.

Exchange within 3 days after 2pm.

- No return/exchange on the following cases:

  •  No bill included

  • Products purchased more than 3 days. In this case, adjustment fee will be charged when you want to resize your ring (if your ring can be resized)

  • Products turn black, become distorted or look different from the original design (please check the items carefully before purchasing).

  • Customized products, customized size (standard size: ring 1.4- 1.8, bangle: 5.2- 5.8).

  • Products which has been discounted or under other promotion programs.

✯ Ordering Policies:

- Ordered products will be available within 22 - 28 business days since the day we receive your products.

- Please bring your receipt along when coming to receive your product. If you can not provide a valid receipt, we might not return your product.

- In case of deposit order, if customers cancel order we will not return the deposit.

- If customers do not come to receive product after 6 months of being contacted, we will cancel order and  not return the deposit.
